Elder Law Planning

The firm’s attorneys analyze the needs of elderly clients and their families and advise them, with sensitivity and professionalism, on matters that affect the aging, including asset protection, Medicaid eligibility planning, guardianships, and planning for incapacity. We work to preserve a family’s hard-earned assets by implementing plans that may include, among other strategic transactions and documents, trusts, transfers of assets, deeds of the family home with retained life estates, health care proxies, living wills, durable general powers of attorney, and the preparation of Medicaid applications.
